Who this covers

This policy covers auvren.com, our advertising on other platforms, and the information you send us when you request a Practice Revenue Audit or start a pilot. It is written for the practice owners and managers we work with. It also explains, further down, how we treat the one thing more sensitive than your own details: your practice's client list.

What we collect

How we use it

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers who help us operate (hosting, our customer relationship system, and telephone/messaging carriers), each bound to use it only for that work.

Text messaging

If you provide your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from us about your audit and our services. Message frequency is low. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to end messages instantly, or HELP for help. Consent to texting is never a condition of receiving the audit. Email works fine.

Your practice's client data

If your practice engages us, campaigns run under your clinic's name inside your own systems. Your client list never leaves your building, is never used to market anything other than your own practice's care, and is never sold, shared, or pooled. We sign confidentiality before we see anything. When an engagement ends, we delete our working copies and confirm it in writing.

Advertising measurement

We advertise on Meta platforms. This site may use the Meta Pixel and related server-side events so we can tell which ads led to audit requests. You can limit ad tracking in your Meta ad preferences and your browser settings. We use this data to measure our own ads, nothing else.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry details for as long as they are useful for the purpose you sent them, then delete them. contact us at any time to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and we will do so promptly unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. Material changes to how we treat practice client data would be told to affected clients directly, in writing.
