What we are, and what we are not
Auvren operates a practice revenue desk for independently owned veterinary practices: we audit revenue leaks, work overdue patient lists, help catch calls, and report results. We are not a veterinary practice and we give no medical advice. We are not an emergency or triage service; true emergencies are routed to the emergency provider each practice designates, on that practice's own script. Every clinical decision belongs to the practice and its veterinarians.
The free audit
The Practice Revenue Audit is free, informational, and yours to keep whatever you decide. Its figures are estimates built from the logs and counts your practice provides plus published industry benchmarks, and the arithmetic is shown inside the document. It is a diagnostic, not a guarantee of future results, and requesting one creates no obligation on either side.
The pilot
- We work an agreed list of your practice's own lapsed patients with clinic-branded outreach.
- Your first 50 names are worked free, visits from them included. From name 51 on, the fee is $40 per shown appointment: a patient who physically arrives. Not per call, not per booking.
- A no-show is never charged. Invoices arrive weekly, with every name and message thread attached, so every line can be verified against your own practice software before anything is paid.
- Cancel anytime. No setup fee, no minimum.
The Desk
The Desk is a month-to-month service at the price published on the main page. The guarantee is a contract term, not a slogan: any calendar month in which the Desk recovers less revenue than its fee, measured against your practice software, that month's fee is waived. Cancel anytime; on exit we hand back everything and delete our working copies, confirmed in writing.
How outreach is conducted
All client outreach runs under the practice's own name, only to the practice's own consented clients, during business hours, with opt-outs honored instantly. No outreach begins before a consent review of the list. We do not use robocalls, prerecorded voice messages, or mass texts to strangers. Not for any client, not ever.
Payment
Pilot invoices are weekly; Desk fees are billed monthly in advance. If a payment fails we will tell you and pause work rather than let a balance quietly grow.
Intellectual property and this website
The content of this site belongs to Auvren. The sample audit shown on the main page is an illustrative specimen built on industry benchmarks, not a real practice's document. Don't scrape, misrepresent, or resell the site's contents.
Liability, in fair proportion
Our services are provided with skill and care, but no service can guarantee specific revenue outcomes beyond the written guarantee above. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the fees paid to us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
The signed agreement wins
When a practice engages us, a one-page written agreement is signed before work begins. If anything on this page conflicts with that signed agreement, the signed agreement governs.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, and disputes belong to the state or federal courts located in Alabama.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
